On Sunday afternoon, we were extremely hungry and eight friends and I went to KLM (Departure Hall 2 at Schiphol) to asked them for food.. The lady at the desk refused to even properly listen to us.

I asked her if I could see the manager. She replied that the manager was busy but that she was also a manager. She continued that she knew all the facts about our position and that KLM was not going to help us. “You are not our responsibility” she replied.

We went back to Mr. Andries Erwee and told him about the incident. He somehow managed once again to buy enough food for all of us.
