Klm tells everybody (with complaints) to put their complaints in writing. Once you have done so you will be extremely lucky if they ever respond, and if they do, it will be too late.
-
I am under the impression that they have a policy to sell air tickets and then use the most absurd reasons to collect anything additional per person between €50 and €450 from their clients, when they arrive at the airport or halfway through their flight.
-
If the client’s don’t pay, they don’t fly. They end up paying.
-
These amounts are small and it is not feasible to take legal action. As a result Klm do collect substantial additional funds on a daily basis from their clients.
I submit that Klm changes it's conditions at will to suit them, not their passengers. We will not tolerate this and Klm will find it out soon. Our message to Klm today is with compliments of Sir Winston Churchill.
We shall fight you on the internet, we shall fight you in the press and we shall fight you in the court. Nothing is certain except for our ultimate victory.
